Scott Alpert who has years of experience in providing a full spectrum of drug and alcohol and DNA testing.  Providing services since 1989 and qualified as an expert in the field of drug and alcohol testing in several jurisdictions in Maryland.   He has a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling Psychology and is licensed in the state of Maryland to provide both clinical mental health and addiction diagnosis and treatment.   He is also a Department of Transportation Substance Abuse Professional (SAP).  The practice is committed to providing personalized services that promote the latest technologies in drug and alcohol testing.   Additionally, Scott Alpert is the Clinical Director of Central Maryland Addiction Counseling, a state of Maryland Certified Drug and Alcohol Clinic operating out of the practice.  Both the clinic and private practice are proud to be small businesses that are locally owned and operated.
