Scott Alpert has been providing addiction and mental health services since 1989. As of August 1, 2010 the Clinical Practice of Scott Alpert, M.A., LCPC, LLC is located at 3736 Old Columbia Pike, Historic Ellicott City, MD. The practtice offers a wide range of drug, alcohol and DNA testing and addiction and mental health assessment. In August of 2007, Bette Dolan took over the state of Maryland certified drug and alcohol treatment portion of the business (DrugEnsic) and created the Central Maryland Addiction Counseling, LLC. (CMAC). The sister company CMAC providing state certified alcohol and drug treatment is located close by at 8659 Baltimore National Pike in Ellicott City, MD.
Clinical staff of CMAC include Licensed and certified counselors, Accupunturist, Massage and Reflexology Therapists. CMAC is state of Maryland certified to offer outpatient and intensive outpatient addiciton treatment services. The clinical staff and office staff are highly-trained and exceptionally friendly. Scott Alpert, M.A., LCPC, CCDC Scott Alpert M.A. earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Criminology from the University of Maryland College Park in 1988. He successfully completed his Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology in 1994. Mr. Alpert is board certified in addictions and is licensed in Maryland as a Clinical Prefessional Counselor. Scott has been practicing addiction and mental health counseling since 1995. He has been involved in drug and alcohol testing since 1989 and has been qualified as an expert on drug and alcohol testing in several jurisdictions in Maryland. Scott is a proud to have been a drug test team member for the NFL, MLB, MLS, NBA & Univ. Of MD Terps. Scott enjoys spending time with his twin boys and daughter. He is very active with bicycling, weight lifting and he is a motor scooter enthusiast. |

Bette Dolan Bette Dolan is a drug and alcohol trainee in the state of Maryland and is completing her degree in counseling. She is a successful business women owning a mid-size printing company and has been very involved with working with troubled teenagers for the past 30 years. |
